Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the WoLF Water System, the VIOLET RAY TUNER or the VIOLET RAY CRYSTAL RESONATOR we will refund the full purchase price to the original purchaser. The machines and all its implements will be returned in ‘like new’ condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping & handling costs.
Warranty
POL, Enterprises, warranty the WoLF Water System, the VR tuner and VRCR for a period of 1 year to be free from defects from the date of the original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover anything beyond its intended use as described in the manual; damage due to improper use, alteration, accidents, negligence, abuse or any other event beyond the control of POL, Enterprises. Damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Opening the machine will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover scratching or damage that may result from normal usage. This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping insurance is not included in the warranty.
