If your machine is not operating properly or no longer working at all, we can coordinate with you to ship your machine to our facility and we will run diagnostics on it to determine the issue.

*Shipping costs will be assessed and billed at the time of product shipment. We will communicate with you on these costs and confirm them before billing.
